This very private waterfront lakehouse is located less than 30 minutes from the TVC airport & near downtown Elk Rapids restaurants, wine bars, shopping & boat rentals. This lake front dream property boasts 4 king bedrooms upstairs, 2 ensuites & 2 downstairs bedrooms. Relax on the downstairs walkout patio with 3 seating areas including a firepit, hot tub & boating dock. 1 adult tandem kayak, 2 kid's kayaks and a paddle board available for use.
The Upstairs
Large open living area with gas fireplace and quad sliders that open to the full deck. Enjoy coffee at sunrise or a cocktail upstairs on the outdoor seating.

The expansive kitchen makes it the perfect spot to cook and enjoy family time over a great meal. The kitchen has all the necessities needed.
The Outdoors
Large deck wraps the back upstairs, with steps leading down to the perfect lakefront spot.
The built in firepit, with wood to enjoy fire time and smores, is the main area to congregate. And a large dining table for 10 allows you to dine in the stunning views of the crystal clear waters.

The Downstairs
Enjoy the casualness of the large walk-out basement featuring a living area with fireplace, dining table, kitchenette.

Walk out to the sliders to the gas grill and large dining area, fire pit and outdoor fun.
The lower level also has a bedroom with a Full / Twin and a Bunk room with 4 Full beds. Every Bedroom has a TV!
A large bathroom with double vanities and a dual showerhead walk in shower. Just past the bath is a full laundry area.

The King master suite is filled with sunshine from the sliders out to the deck viewing the lake.
Front King (Blue)
This bedroom features a King size bed and large window to the greenery letting in light. The bedroom shares the hall bath with the hall bedroom.
Front Bedroom (Green)
This bedroom features a King size bed and large window to the greenery letting in light. It has its own ensuite.
Hall Bedroom
This bedroom features a King size bed and large window to the outdoor setting in light. The bedroom shares the hall bath with the Blue King bedroom.
